Power Industry Communication Solution

TOC-0 Multi-Channel Full-Duplex Call System Based on Public Network Transmission

Characteristics of Power Industry Construction

High-altitude work climbing/ high risk

Emergency communication/ walkie-talkies causing busy signals

Both hands occupied by tasks/ inconvenient to use walkie-talkies

Reference Standards

We have consulted numerous industry regulations and standards in the fields of electronics, circuits, and electrical compatibility, and combined them with the requirements of work scenarios to conduct in-depth research and development, aiming to redefine communication methods.

No Busy Signals in Multi-Person Calls

Using full-duplex communication technology, multiple people can communicate in real-time without interruption, improving work efficiency. It solves the problem of half-duplex communication with traditional walkie-talkies, where only one person can speak at a time and busy signals can occur during emergencies, allowing for more natural and timely communication.

Half-Duplex: Listening and speaking cannot be done simultaneously, conversation requires pressing the switch button.

Full-Duplex: Listening and speaking can be done simultaneously, and multiple parties can communicate without causing busy signals.

Hands-Free Operation without Button Pressing

During multi-person continuous communication, our full-duplex intercom system completely eliminates the need to press buttons. In power industry inspections and other work scenarios, workers need to climb at high altitudes and use both hands to ensure safety while operating tools. With our system, they can communicate in real-time without pressing any buttons, maintaining uninterrupted communication with ground teams, and freeing up their hands for focused construction, thus improving work safety.

Multiple Network Remote Communication

Our system uses 4G communication networks and supports WIFI LAN access, allowing for flexible switching between different signal types. This expands the usage range to a wider area without being limited by the distance of traditional RF walkie-talkies. At the same time, work sites can have uninterrupted communication with substations, power supply bureaus, and other remote departments.

Group Communication with Orderly Command

The equipment supports the setting of 4 groups. Based on work requirements, workers can enter different groups for communication, allowing for free communication within the group without disturbing other work groups. The power supply bureau office can choose to enter one or more groups for command and dispatch, achieving real-time communication with different work teams using a single device and improving communication efficiency.

Real-Time Monitoring, Easy Operation

Dispatch software can monitor the signal, battery level, online status, and real-time recording of each terminal for summarization and archiving.
