Industrial Command and Dispatch Solution

TOC-0 Multi-Channel Full-Duplex Call System Based on Public Network Transmission

Characteristics of Industrial Personnel Construction

High risk in the production environment, requiring orderly command and dispatch

Both hands occupied by specialized tools, such as operating cranes, excavators, and machine tools

In a complex environment, walkie-talkie audio quality is poor, prone to interference, and can cause busy signals during emergencies

No Busy Signals in Multi-Person Calls

Using full-duplex communication technology, multiple people can communicate in real-time without interruption, improving work efficiency. Multiple communication permissions ensure that communication can take place at any time during emergencies to issue command instructions, such as emergency repairs, disaster shelters, and safety accident elimination, providing strong support for safe production.

Half-Duplex: Listening and speaking cannot be done simultaneously, conversation requires pressing the switch button.

Full-Duplex: Listening and speaking can be done simultaneously, and multiple parties can communicate without causing busy signals.

Hands-Free Operation without Button Pressing

During multi-person continuous communication, our full-duplex communication system completely eliminates the need to press buttons. In professional tasks such as oilfield maintenance, workers need to operate specialized equipment while ensuring their safety. With our system, they can communicate continuously without distractions, using suitable headsets that are portable, comfortable, and resistant to noise.

Multiple Network Remote Communication

Our system uses IP architecture, combining full-duplex wireless digital voice technology with IP networking. It supports the connection of existing local area networks (LAN) within factories, eliminating the need for excessive construction costs.

Port Crane

Crane operators need to avoid sudden stops and reduce unnecessary operations in order to ensure safety. The ground signal worker (signalman) needs to serve as the crane operator’s eyes and communicate with them in real-time. With our TOC-0 full-duplex communication system, multiple people can communicate in real-time without pressing any buttons, improving work safety. Additionally, based on the on-site requirements of multiple teams working simultaneously, such as Team 1 and Team 2 for different cranes, our system supports 16 groups simultaneously, ensuring effective communication without interference.

Oilfield/Mine

During oilfield inspections, work is divided among different teams. Workers operating specialized tools need to free their hands. Our TOC-0 full-duplex communication system, combined with suitable headsets, provides portability, comfort, noise resistance, and durability, meeting the practical construction needs of oilfields.

Smart Factory

In automobile manufacturing factories, close coordination is required lines such as stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. Workers need to communicate and collaborate with each other, operating specialized machinery together. In case of emergencies, real-time feedback to the command center is crucial to ensure safe production. The workshop environment is noisy, and traditional walkie-talkies have poor audio quality and are prone to interference. They also cannot meet the emergency communication needs. Our TOC-0 full-duplex communication system has a 16K sampling rate with hardware and software noise reduction, and can be used with various types of headsets, providing clear communication even in noisy environments and enabling multi-person conversations with ease, without any pressure during extended use.
